πŸ‘‹ Who runs this?

Hi, I'm Ryan.

I've been a programmer for 19 years. 🀯

I started building with Rails in 2008 and started using Rails professionally over 10 years ago. Hope I never have to use anything else. β™₯️

I've been running small dev teams and hiring Rails developers for the last 4 years, so I have a little experience on both sides of the hiring "table". Never thought I'd enjoy being "in charge", but it turns out leading a good team is really fun.

I'm not a recruiter, I'm just a guy who really enjoys building stuff with Rails and likes helping other developers. I know the kinds of jobs that sound good to me and the kinds that don't. I'm trying to make this a list of the good ones.

I think Hotwire is awesome and I'm excited to see more companies starting to use it. It's been really fun to meet other developers who are excited about it too, just from tweeting a little. If you're into Twitter, come hang out. And anythingΒ you can do to help spread the word is greatly appreciated! πŸ™
