Tasks
- Own and shape core features end-to-end, from ideation to production
- Design our technical foundation and infrastructure for rapid growth
- Make key architectural decisions that will define our tech trajectory
- Ship high-quality, tested code that sets standards for the team
- Join building and leading our engineering team from the ground up
- Work directly with founders to shape product vision and strategy
Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven track record shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in full-stack development (5+ years, Rails focus)
- History of taking ownership and driving technical excellence
- Strong product instincts and user-centric thinking
- Professional fluency in English or German
Nice-to-Have
- Modern Rails ecosystem experience (Hotwire, StimulusJS)
- Eye for great user experiences and product design
- Passion for practical AI applications
