Build Robust Features: Develop cutting-edge full-stack features in a Ruby on Rails environment, leveraging powerful tools like Sidekiq, Redis, Hotwire, and AWS.

Who You Are:

Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or you bring equivalent practical experience. You also have 6+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years focusing specifically on Ruby on Rails.

Pattern Savvy: Proficient in design and architectural patterns, you have a track record of deploying consumer-facing APIs that handle high concurrent usage.

Autonomous Driver: You thrive in independent roles, capable of driving products from conception to launch.

Master Communicator: An effective communicator, you excel at async communication and employ best practices to keep teams aligned.
Nice to Have:

Full-Stack Tech: Hands-on experience with SQL, Hotwire, AWS, Sidekiq, and Redis.

Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics platforms, CRM systems, and customer engagement tools.

DevOps Expertise: Background in DevOps, including Docker.

Insightful Analyst: Able to turn data insights into product improvements.

Big Data & Finance Knowledge: Basic finance and accounting principles coupled with proficiency in big data tools and frameworks.
