We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our harmonious and motivated team and help shape the future of our platform.

Your Role

As a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and ERP features. You will work closely with all departments to build new features, optimize performance, and ensure security and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails 7 and 8
• Communication with external data sources like an ERP, Grafana, Google Measurement API, Ads, Meta and many other Tracking API
• Collaborate using GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Maintain a safe, scalable and secure code with tests
• Utilize Linux skills for server management and basic networking tasks
• PostgreSQL, Redis, Javascript, CSS hide no mysteries for you
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

While not mandatory, experience with the following technologies will be a plus:

• Kubernetes for container orchestration
• OpenStack for virtualization management
• Python and Odoo for additional backend integrations
• Grafana for monitoring and observability, BI
