Ruby on Rails Developer with Tailwind CSS, Turbo Streams, and Stimulus.JS Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with expertise in Tailwind CSS, Turbo Streams, and Stimulus.JS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and is passionate about creating robust, high-performance web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Ruby on Rails web applications that are both user-friendly and performant
- Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS
- Utilize Turbo Streams to enhance user experience and improve page load times
- Implement interactive UI elements and animations using Stimulus.JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy new features
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS, Turbo Streams, and Stimulus.JS
- Strong understanding of web development principles and techniques, including front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks such as RSpec and Capybara
- Familiarity with Git and Github version control
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
