Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- At least 3+ years of experience building Ruby/Ruby on Rails, customer-facing applications
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails, Relational Databases, Git, JavaScript (Query, Stimulus) , CSS (Bootstrap, Tailwind), Hotwire (Turbo, Turbo links, Turbo frames, etc.)
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience working with remote teams and have a spirt of entrepreneurialism
Your Day to Day:
As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will build products that educate and empower ETF-
centric, sophisticated investors and financial advisors leveraging one of the most
influential websites in the world of ETFs, ETF Database. Along with these responsibilities:
- Working with a fast-paced agile team
- Collaborate cross-functionality with openness, transparency, and trust
- Continue to provide areas of improvement by challenging yourself and team members
- Working on both front-end and back-end code
