You’d be joining a team of ~20 people, close-knit and pragmatic. Some of us are scaling a mature, revenue-generating platform. Others are prototyping new products that push the limits of speech and agentic AI.

We move fast but think long-term. There’s room here to own, shape, and ship real products — not pitch decks.

About the role…

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to drive customer growth. You’ll partner with André (co-founder), SEO/AIO experts, and other Product Engineers to deliver engaging first-time experiences with our platform.

It’s a role for fast movers with strong passion for impact — people who are drawn to seeking the most effective strategies to create business impact (acquisition, activation, conversion, etc.).

What you will do…

• Build and scale the systems that drive user growth — from SEO and free tools to onboarding flows and conversion experiments. You’ll own acquisition engineering end-to-end.
• Work directly with André (co-founder) and our tech lead to spot growth opportunities and turn them into shipped features. You’ll have the autonomy to move fast, test ideas, and balance experimentation with solid engineering.
• Example projects:
  • Scale our Gen AI–powered SEO initiatives — we’re catching the next wave of search behaviour early.
  • Build modular, high-performance landing pages, free tools, and pricing calculators.
  • Automate content operations to help the team multiply reach and efficiency.
  • Improve channel tracking and analytics to connect growth efforts directly to revenue.

What you will bring…

• You’re a mid-level engineer who thrives in autonomy. You see problems, figure out smart solutions, and ship them.
• You care about impact. You get energy from seeing metrics move and your work driving real growth.
• You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and fluent in experimentation. You like small, high-output teams where engineers, marketers, and designers build together.
• You’re tech-agnostic and learn fast. Our stack is mostly Rails, Sanity, Turbo and React, but what matters is your adaptability and curiosity.
• You’re fluent in AI — you’ve built AI features or use AI tools regularly to work smarter.
• You are excited about our engineering principles and most of the Rails doctrine clicks with your style of work.

Bonus points if…

• You’ve been part of an early-stage startup or shipped growth features that moved the needle.
• You have previous experimentation analytics experience (A/B testing, etc.).
