We’re building a modern specialist ERP platform designed to help companies operate more efficiently through better software and practical AI integrations.
Following a successful seed funding round, we’re expanding our team to deliver on an ambitious product roadmap.
We work hybrid-first, with a Glasgow HQ available for in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join a small, experienced team working directly with customers to design, build, and improve the core ERP platform. You’ll have full ownership of the features you develop — from UI to database — and play an active role in product decisions, not just implementation.
You can expect to:

Build and ship new features in our Rails 8 app using Hotwire, Stimulus, and Turbo Native

Work closely with customers and teammates to understand workflows and design thoughtful solutions

Own your work end-to-end — from design and testing to deployment and iteration

Help shape our architecture, developer experience, and internal tooling as we scale

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to meet every single requirement, but you might be a great fit if you:

Have strong experience with Ruby on Rails and enjoy working across the full stack

Are comfortable building modern UIs with Hotwire and Stimulus (or are eager to learn)

Care deeply about user experience and listen to customer feedback

Take pride in building reliable, maintainable systems

Enjoy working in a small, fast-paced, product-focused team

Are interested in how AI can support and enhance both customer workflows and your own development practice
Nice to Haves

Experience with mobile apps (especially Turbo Native)

Background in B2B software or ERP platforms
