Full Stack Engineer

🚀 ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building clean, intuitive products end-to-end. You’ll own everything from backend logic to front-end experience, bringing ideas to life with both solid engineering instincts and a strong sense of UX design. You’re excited to join a small, fast-moving team in a dynamic startup environment where initiative, creativity and speed matter.

You have a solid understanding of the full application stack, but you shine when crafting intuitive, performant user experiences. You’re fluent in modern development practices and actively explore how AI can accelerate your workflow — whether that’s through prototyping, automation, or decision-making support. You keep up with the latest ecosystem and AI trends, have opinions, and bring them to the table.

We value fast iteration, efficient design, and code simplicity. You’ll have ownership over complete features, work closely with a pod of engineers and ship fast with confidence through tests and good design.
🏋️‍♀️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with the development team to build clean, scalable, and well-tested code across the stack, with an emphasis on high-quality, enterprise-grade front-end experiences
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to drive product and technical excellence
• Take initiative and own projects from ideation to deployment, identifying edge cases, risks, and opportunities
• Incorporate AI tools and workflows to increase speed, quality, and efficiency in development and experimentation
• Continually improve and modernize our existing codebase

🧬   WHO YOU ARETechnical:

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications (or a great story about why you don’t)
• Expertise in front-end development using modern frameworks, semantic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• Deep experience with Ruby on Rails and working up & down the stack — from data modeling and backend logic to front-end interactions built with care using Stimulus, Turbo, and clean, maintainable markup
• Strong grasp of SQL and ActiveRecord, and you know how to keep queries efficient and maintainable
• AI-fluent - you’ve experimented with tools like Cursor, ClaudeCode, or other AI frameworks, and integrate them meaningfully into your workflow
• Experience in proptech or marketplace products is a strong plus
• Experience with AWS architecture, CI/CD workflows, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch is preferred.
