🙌 About The Role
Are you an Engineer with a passion for building user-friendly web
applications, passionate about automation and eager to leverage AI
technologies or other innovative tools to streamline workflows and
enhance efficiency? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in
shaping the future of our SaaS B2B product. You'll be responsible for
designing and implementing scalable, reusable frontend components while
collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
You'll have the autonomy to enhance the maintainability and security of
our application, ensuring it remains cutting-edge.
As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll design and
implement scalable, reusable frontend and backend components,
collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers,
and have the autonomy to improve the maintainability, security, and
performance of our application. If you have some professional AI
experience, that’s a plus - but what matters most is your passion for
automation and problem-solving.
🔧 Tech Stack & Approach
We serve our customers through a web app built with React,
TypeScript, Webpack, Next.js, and other technologies, which communicates
with a REST API built with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and Redis. We are
currently exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven automation and
modern Ruby on Rails frontend technologies such as Hotwire, Turbo, and
Stimulus.
Our development workflow includes:

🎯 What You’ll Do

Fullstack Development: Design and develop scalable, reusable frontend and backend solutions that align with our product roadmap.

Drive Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to streamline operations and improve user experience.

Champion Best Practices: Lead by example in encouraging and implementing engineering best practices across the team.

Enhance Application Integrity: Improve maintainability, security, and performance while reducing technical debt and ensuring dependencies are up to date.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with
other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer success, to
understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product
development process.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
-
Have 3+ years of professional coding experience with Ruby on Rails.

Have knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, and React Query.
-
Have experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs and implementing automated testing (especially unit tests).

Have a strong interest in automation and AI, with some professional experience being a plus.

Have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams, including designers, product managers, and developers.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.

Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, to succeed in our remote, partly asynchronous work environment.
