Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Leverage your experience across the full-stack to develop, scale, and refine our EHR platform.
• Attention to Detail and Standards: Maintain high-quality, well-structured code adhering to established standards for maintainability and readability.
• Code Review and Collaboration: Engage in constructive code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve code quality.
• Testing: Write comprehensive automated tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions.
• Limited Customer Support: Occasionally interface with customers, offering respectful, warm, and patient technical support as needed.

Collaboration & Flexibility:

• Work closely with our tight-knit team, contributing across disciplines as needed.
• Communicate effectively with external partners, embodying our values and mission.
• Adapt to rapid changes with flexibility, helping to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (or similar backend frameworks).
• Experience with Stimulus/Hotwire and Ember.js (or similar frontend libraries/frameworks).
• Strong understanding of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of pineapple frameworks (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We value and reward the unique skills and expertise each team member brings.

Salary

$130,000 - $160,000 per year
